Brocklesby Avenue – Immingham – Value £17,000
This was a small extension that we both designed and built. It involved removing a large brick boundary wall which was originally built by the developer. This allowed the existing hedge to once again become the boundary creating a larger garden.
Our works involved building the small vaulted ceiling extension, altering the existing internal wall layout slightly and creating a landscaped area to the rear garden.
